The SL-30, has a max turning capacity of 17" x 34" and a 10" chuck, has a bar capacity of up to 3.0".

Haas high-performance turning centers also feature massive headstock castings with symmetric ribs for rigidity and thermal stability; on-the-fly wye-delta switching for peak performance throughout the rpm range; and embedded chip trays and high-volume coolant systems for efficient chip removal.

Dye 8mm Plate Guillotine –

The DNC guillotine uses a Cybelec DNC 60 controller that provides smooth and fast operation with speed ramping on the back gauge travel. The DNC guillotine uses an AC servomotor and belt drives.

Other features include multi step programs that can be saved to memory, cut length control, optional automatic sheet support systems, automatic blade gap adjustment set by controller according to material thickness and type. Combined with ball-screws and linear bearings on the back gauge, this Cybelec DNC controller provides a fast and accurate guillotine.

Designed with the operator in mind, Cybelec controllers allow substantial gains in productivity whether producing one-offs or doing large production runs. Using state of the art technology, Cybelec controllers provide precise control over all aspects of the machine operation.

Cutting to size and shape is computer controlled and the components to be cut are nested on an intergraded CAD/CAM programming system for maximum utilisation of material.

We can generate and nest the shapes required from drawings supplied or alternatively, customers may forward this information on disk or via e-mail using a DXF or IGES files. The resultant benefits are precision and substantial time and labour savings.

New technology plasma cutting machines are capable of cutting steel from 1 – 50mm thick, aluminium from 1 – 50mm thick and stainless steel from 1 – 50mm thick. Traditional oxy/lpg processes are able to cut steel from 6 – 100mm thick whilst the new Plasma Cutting processes are able to cut steel from 1 – 10mm thick with laser like precision.

Specifically designed to quickly produce the simplest of one-off jobs to the largest of production runs. With its high-tech range of features, use of quality components and proven design, the Dye Press Brake is ready to meet the demands of most applications.

The Press Brake features a DNC80 Controller. The DNC 80 controller is versatile and can be programmed or used manually. A large high-contrast screen displays all information that the operator needs to enter in a logical and user friendly manner. The keyboard is equipped with large keys and by simply entering the angle required, material thickness and lengths, selecting the material type and tooling, and entering a back gauge position (if required), the press brake will fold the product. Multiple step folds can be programmed and stored in memory.

The standard Press Brake can also be used as a manual machine with the added advantage of an inching function (accurate to 0.01mm) and the ability to teach the DNC80 controller the manually folded item so that the job can be repeated
