Corradini Transporters

Corradini Engineering has been manufacturing quality equipment into the Australian sugar industry since 1964, with continual customer relations. In 1997 we developed the Corradini Elevating Tipper Bin; we now have close to eighty units working successfully in the field.

The team at Corradini Engineering pride themselves on producing a high standard of quality workmanship. We also allow the customer to interact throughout the manufacturing process of the equipment. Corradini Engineering is now able to offer a number of different combinations to suit the customer needs.

• Single axle 10 ton elevating tipper
• Tandem axle 11 ton elevating tipper
• Tandem axle 14 ton elevating tipper
• Tri axle 20 ton elevating tipper
• Tandem axle side tipper, from 7(seven) to 10 (ten) ton

Standard Equipment

Corradini Engineering only uses companies of reputable backgrounds such as Rexroth, Parker Commercial, Denison, Transpec BPW; we endeavor to support the product after sale.

Suspension

Standard suspension used is BPW, which is a ‘true’ off road suspension

• Airbag module is rated to 12 ton per set @ 100kph
• Axles are 150 square with a rating of 12 ton @ 100kph

Tyres

The customer has a choice of the following;

• Simex diamond or tractor grip
• Alliance diamond or tractor grip
• Trelliborg highfloation tyres

Hydraulics

• All hydraulics valuing and pumps are supplied from Rexroth, Parker Commercial, Denison
• Rams are QMN Power master
• Hoist Delta
• Hosing: We only use Ryco quality hose and fittings

Controls

• Air controls are supplied standard on all Corradini Cane Transporters, we are the only manufacture that offers a joystick control as standard
• Electric over hydraulic is also a option on all Corradini Cane Transporters
• We offer proportional controls to allow ease of operation

Chassis

• All chassis are of tubular construction, welding in a rotary table using quality flux core welding wire.

Hitch

• Corradini Engineering now offers a gooseneck hitch as standard on elevating bins.
